Just stayed here over Memorial Day weekend. The place is very out dated. Wood masking broken windows the rooms had a very bad odor and needed serious updating. I don't think the beds of furnishing have been updated since they opened. When we got there the staff was very friendly when we got there. We booked the room at $49.00 a night during one of there specials when we went to check out they tried charging us $104.00 a night (place isn't worth that at all) a short red head gal working the counter was very rude and insisted ... read more
The place is pretty outdated. Every employee we encountered had poor customer service skills. Been there twice and each time the bartender argues with us over something. TERRIBLE service. Will go back to Wyoming but we will try Arrowhead lodge next time!
The management allowed me to parking my rig in their lot with a blizzard coming in as night fell upon me after 14 hours of work.
Have always had a great time there. Snow was great the two times we were there!
DO NOT rent a sled from these guys they are crooks. I rented a sled rode it 500' and it started to over heat, I brought it back, the so called the mechanic, he dumped 2 gallons of anti-freeze in the sled before we noticed it pouring out the bottom. The radiator had a hole in it before they rented the sled to me. They tried telling me in the 500' I road that sled a rock punctured the radiator, all anti-freeze drained out and sled over heated. If you do rent a sled from these crooks, They tell you all fluids are good before yo... read more
No snow, and they told us there was snow, the trail headed out of Lodge was all mud
Spent a few days snowmobiling the Big Horn Mountains and had a blast! The trails were well marked and impeccably groomed. There were so many play areas, hills, and meadows for every skill level. The food was great and host/waiter Sammy offered excellent service! We needed to replace a fuel line the second day and the repair shop had exactly what we needed (for $1.50), thus saving us several hours drive time for parts. Everyone was helpful and friendly and we look forward to returning next year ... thanks!
