I've been going to Bear Creek for about five years, and have always found them more than pleasant, caring, and very professional. Both my cats are shy, but they trust the staff which says more than anything more I could add.
Just want to say a big thank you to bear creek veterinary! My dog was sick and even though they had a full schedule they were able to squeeze her in and treat her, they also called me the very next day as soon as they opened to see how she was feeling. Always wonderful, caring staff and the Veterinarians are wonderful!
Got me in quick, had treatment options available immediately, & kept me informed. Jax says "woof woof" aka "thank you"
Our Abby has visited BCVC a number of times this year. We recently adopted Abby from the PPHS and Dr. Bruewer and Kim worked very well with her nervousness.
Dr. Bruewer and team saved Fat Kitty's live via emergency surgery a week and a half ago. From the surgery to the week of critical care hospitalization to when he got to come home, this was the kindest, most caring veterinary staff we have ever met. They are so accessible, accommodating, and don't mind to talk to you multiple times a day to keep you informed and calm your worries. I highly recommend BCVC! Although I don't live in town, I have personally experienced the care given by Dr. Fernyak and her team. All species get the best care possible at BCVC. Canines, felines, humans and more can trust the caring hearts and heads at BCVC! 5 stars!
This place is a joke and doesn’t give 2 shits about your animals unless you have the money upfront so unless you’re a millionaire or just sitting comfortably on thousands of dollars this is not the place for you. Had one idiot tell me it’s not wise to feed my dogs sticks like no shit Sherlock he’s a puppy he’s gonna eat a few twigs off the damn ground highly recommend looking for other places before coming to this shit hole
