Profit provider landlord which means your rent goes up every year.like a balloon payment. Plus the rent hikes are over the california 5%rule.. landlord controls the guest you have and there's a 29 page lease telling us how we must live and pay in these profit over people establishment . the apartments have termites and foundation problems.. inefficient windows let's air in and out also chimney does the same let's air in and out.. electricity bill is extremely high... Make sure to take TONS of pictures on your move in day and document ANY type of damage/mark/condition of apartment as well as when you move out. Currently in the process of trying to get my deposit back - they will hold your deposit illegally and deduct charges that are deceitful. Prepare to go to court for your deposit and know security deposit laws.
How much is rent for a 2 bedroom
Absolutely loved living here. I was sad to have to leave. Each manager that were there during my stay were very nice and helpful. My apartment was spacious and it was a very quiet, peaceful complex.
