I gave them a few tries on a few occasions. Ended up getting my wisdom teeth removed through them, but it wasn't documented because when I went in for my check-up they had no record that I'd gotten them removed (with them). The gentleness was nonexistent during a routine cleaning, it was incredibly painful and uncomfortable. There was also misleading and inaccurate information given to me about my gum health. The people are nice, but the practice itself is incredibly unorganized and lacking professionalism.
