Smoke and mirrors!! Wanted an appointment to get my old girls thyroid tested, asked how much when I booked the app't because money is an issue right now. Was told $130 for the check up and $80 for the blood work, or $145 if I wanted the full panel. I usually go to Morningview, his check up is half the cost, but he is harder to get in to see, so I booked it. I’ve been coming to this clinic for a while and usually have great experiences. My mom and I typically take our pets together, and the vets have always spoken to both of us equally and been very thorough. But my last visit was disappointing. I saw someone I hadn’t met before—Dr. Varga, and a vet tech named Mackenzie. Both barely acknowledged me when I was trying to discuss a new coughing symptom with my cat. Bear Creek checked up on our dog Bear to let us know he was due for his vaccines. I took him in and the staff was extremely kind, gentle and helpful with everything to do with Bear! Highly recommend Bear Creek Veterinary Clinic!! They care!!!
I’ve been shopping for a new vet clinic because I wasn’t happy at my hometown clinic anymore. I wanted to be able to book Saturday appointments, so I chose this location instead of the satellite one. The front-end staff were incredibly busy but very kind and pleasant. The tech was knowledgeable and accommodating, and I really liked the vets’ energy and wide knowledge.
