When my cat became sick I called every vet clinic in Grande Prairie and surrounding areas. Bear Creek was the only clinic that showed any care or concern. Their team went above and beyond in so many ways. Every single person I spoke with during my cats stay were so incredibly kind, caring, and compassionate. Thank you all for everything.
The staff here are so helpful and nice, I didn't have to wait long at all and communication between everyone was fantastic, often times I find I'm constantly repeating myself at other vets I've been to. I felt heard as I asked my questions and concerns but never rushed. I'm definitely recommending this vet to everyone.
Professional staff and timely service. There was great understanding in who the patients are. ( aka animals) vs who’s the client (me the paying end). The Bear Creek clinic took the time for transfer of paperwork with no upsell or additional fees for continuation of services! Hugely appreciated-Good job
While I don’t always exactly enjoy a visit to the vet, I always trust Bear Creek to do the best for my dogs. That trust, along with a good relationship with the women up front, even the worst kinds of visits are more bearable.
