We really enjoyed the park. Beautiful animals . I wish they would have been more active but we all need a nap sometimes. We do recommend you add this to your vacation
Great family place. We took our time driving around and enjoying the animals. We had our 3 year old who loved it and our dog who liked the wolves. We ended up having a wolf try to get our dog, luckily he was inside the truck with us. Overall a great experience, wish they allowed dogs up inside the walk around area, can get hot to keep them in the car
Our 2 1/2 year old loved looking at all the animals, good time, concessions were ouT of a lot of stuff though
I only rate it a one because I can't rate it a zero. Pissed to see on the website that it's 175 acres that animals have to do what animals do best... this place is nothing more than a damn zoo. Animals have no place to run and play, bears are so crammed into a FIELD. Place made me sick.
My husband and I visited Bear Country USA last Sunday, July 31st. Absolutely loved it! Seeing all the animals so up close at times and then the babyland...Love it!! I didn't want to leave. We came through in the morning and wasn't many people there so that was perfect that we could take out our time driving through the park and seeing the amazing animals. Loved the bears that were everywhere and laying on the road even. A few even came up close to the car...walked right across the road in front of us. So great to spend time ... read more
I think this page is very educational. Love to see the pictures and hear about where these bears come from...
We drove through a couple weeks ago. It was absolutely amazing. We had our 2 kids and 2 dogs. We drove slow and saw every single animal they had listed! Tons n tons of animals! Each animal looked healthy and happy. While we explored the baby area we left our dogs in the truck with the ac blasting. They stayed cool and we got to explore. The staff was great too. Highly recommend!
We arrived near closing time we had the entire park to ourselves and maybe one other vehicle it was awesome since we were the last ones we got to sit and just watch we didn't feel rushed. We all loved it and had such a great time. The babies at the end were hilarious... What a very nice park!
Like the longest traffic jam you've ever gotten stuck in, except some wildlife wander by in parts. Maybe this is different if it's not the peak of summer. But honesty, this was absurd. 2.5- 3 hours to drive maybe 12-15 miles.
