I don't think I said I was happy with the service I got, especially since I paid for a deep cleaning. It was just an okay standard cleaning, at best I had surgery on my knee a few days before and was not able to walk around much, so I just gave it a cursory look at the end. I regret that I didn't give it a better one. I did notice the vacuum cleaner, however, and it looked like a child's toy. It did not do a good job at all. It’s been a great experience working with John at Beary Clean for a move out cleaning. Josette the housecleaner was amazing! She was extremely professional & cleaned the house very well. Due to her great work - I received my security deposit back from my apartment complex. Thank you Josette & I look forward to our new ongoing cleaning as I am definitely a client now.

Josette did a fantastic job cleaning my apartment! She was extremely personable and professional. She went above and beyond with some of the items that I needed cleaning the most. I can’t thank her enough for the work she did. Overall, customer service was great. Frequent check-ins to ensure I was pleased with the service, and a final check that everything was to my liking.
