Unique Service in the Car Repair Industry! The folks at Bear Alignment are spot on. I thought my car alignment was off and went in for an adjustment. They took the time to do a diagnostic and felt the alignment was fine but tires needed rotating so they did that..test drive the car to make sure it was better and did not charge me. I was amazed and insisted on paying them but they said no...so I hope in lieu of cash others will support these guys as well. thanks!
3 Words... Honest, Friendly, Dependable They saved me over $300 when their competition (the Brake Shop) Down the road was trying to rip me off. wow! I stopped by to talk to the guys at Bear about my car pulling to the right...the nicest man took my mini-van for a test drive and put air in my tires. He said that the front tires were low on air and that is why it was pulling. That was it...i was a little embarrassed but so thankful. I highly recommend Bear alignment in Loveland. Excellent Service! Got my Merc Benz right the first time! Best in North CO! This is the only place that I have found that will do an alignment a Mercedes Benz the right way. I would suggest them to anyone that drives a luxury car and wants the job done right the first time. Great service, honest and knowledgeable.
Great Service...Great Price...Better Work I have gotten my truck alignment done at a couple of local shops in Loveland, but when I went to Bear Alignment I found the service so much better. The price was better than any other shops, the service quick and I swear my truch drives so much better. This shop has been around for years under the same ownership...so why go anywhere else? The guys are so attentive and friendly, no way will I got back to one of those chain service shops again.
Roger saved me $600 in parts alone! My LEXUS LS400 ('91) had sagged down in the back, so I ordered "normal"replacement shocks instead of the air-shocks ($1,300.00 ea.) brought my car to Roger. 1 hour later he calls me to say that by trying to access the rear shocks they had to open the trunk & discovered a switch that electrically puts the shock adjustment into motion. It was in the "off" position. Roger switched it "on" the car got up to normal level & everything was fine! Putting it back together there was not a Penny char... read more
Affordable, honest service I have gone to this place numerous times over the year for car alignments and will continue going back. The staff is outstanding and the prices reasonable. They do not try to rip you off with unnecessary service and are quick. Highly recommended if you need your vehicle aligned.
Exceeds Expectations!! Roger and Patrick at Loveland Bear Alignment always exceed my expectations! Recenlty I took my car in for work and they noticed a low tire, so they removed my tire, took it to get fixed (nails and wire were found inside) and they put it back on for me.They do quality work and I rely on them to keep my family safe. This shop really knows how to care for people.
