First experience Jake from Beantown Property Group seemed decent when we met. He and his company offered to buy our house as is, then changed his mind and jake stated our house needed to be painted. Which we did. We also changed our water holding tank replaced and septic pumped. Total of this cost was 8,000 which we did not have but did it. After one showing Beantown Property canceled the contract with us because they didn't sell the house first showing. This company went back on his word and contract.
