I came in to get a coffee and a small cup of only shaved ice without any flavoring for my two year old. I was told it was 3 dollars even if it's just for ice because they charge by cup. I asked if we could just use a regular water cup instead and put shaved ice in it. Then they said we charge for the ice too. It is insane to charge full price when all you want is the ice and even willing to have them put it in a water cup when they give the water cup for free. Just shaved ice by itself should only be 50 cents.

This is a good place to go if you need to kill a LOT of time, because they will take literally forever, even when it’s dead, to make your drink. I’m sitting in a beanstalk as I type this, having ordered my ONE drink over 15 minutes ago (at 11:22 am to be precise) watching two baristas literally stand around NOT working behind the counter. One of them is currently bent over the counter, watching the people in the main room, instead of operating the espresso machine. I could have been gone about my day.
