Our family lives Dr. Sarmiento! The staff at the front desk are friendly too. There was a period when the practice as a whole was not doing great as far as there communication and the streamlining/ efficiency of the phone and website, but they have worked out the kinks are great again! Dr. Joel Sarmiento has always been solid throughout the changes!
We are extremely grateful to have found Beansprouts Pediatrics several years ago! Dr. Sarmiento connects wonderfully with my boys, making them comfortable while addressing our concerns. We always leave the office feeling knowledgeable and informed about our kids health. A big shoutout to Anna at the front desk! Front desk person was not friendly. We were late due to a horrible wreck and tried calling but nobody answered and we left a voicemail. We arrived to her telling us we were late. There was nobody in the waiting room and she never answered the phone. She said they’d try to work us In- we had a sick visit and the other visits were well checks they preferred for my sick child to sit In the waiting area contaminating anyone who entered for 35+ minutes rather than put her In a room.
