Every time I go here my drink is made differently. The last 4 times I couldn’t even drink it. For the love of god please learn how to make refresher drinks right. Always too watery or straight up gross syrup. Not sure if it’s new employees or what but I’ll give it a few more chances :(
Seven is literally the best. Got our drinks and food out so fast. She was also so kind which I needed today! Give that girl a raise!
Messed up order twice (forgot the coffee in our Mr B’s) which wouldn’t have bothered me because it happens. What I didn’t like was the attitude I got from two employees when I pointed out they forgot the coffee. Just got dirty looks and no apologies even after tipping them twice.
I ordered a iced carmel celio with light ice and what I received was milk with tons of ice and a splash of coffee, I wonder why beans and brews goes through so many employees at every location, well because none of them know how to make good coffee
