The first time I ordered the new Sweet Cream Cold Brew, it was fantastic. It looked exactly like the advertised drink, had a noticeable layer of sweet cream, and tasted great. It was the kind of drink that makes you want to come back. Today’s experience was the complete opposite. My husband brought home what appeared to be nothing more than straight iced coffee.
