It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review and it's taken a couple of days for me to process my most recent experience at this location. I usually go here with my sister and kids and it is usually fine here. However, I was going through the drive thru this time and ordered a large coffee and some pupicino's. Hot chocolate was NOT HOT and the girls didn't even tell me that it was ready and sitting on the counter. Didn't call my name or acknowledge me. Not impressed. ALSO THE APP SUCKS.
It's a great place to go when you need a pick me up!
