I called 10 times they finally answered the 10th time and it was just beeping
Stopped in for a Matcha and coffee. Their espresso machine was down. As a former manager of a cafe, I understand how awful the timing on that can be. No big deal. What WAS a big deal was the wait from 12:50p-1:16p while unprofessional Josh and whoever his very loud counter part was on shift argued over who was going to make our drinks, specifically the Matcha (takes more work than cold brew). I came in today and it was so hot I couldn’t sit in their for that long just got my drink and left is was unbearably hot
One of the worse beans and brews service was bad and the customer service was awful.
