Great service but their scanner isn't working so I could use my rewards or my gift cars since they are both on their app...
I get not giving straws with orders because the new lids don't need them, but if you're going to take away the only convenient way for me to stir my drink so the bottom of my iced coffee isn't warm, the least you could do is finish your job and stir it before the door dasher picks it up. Coffee is still just as delicious as ever, but it's very disappointing.
