“Lobby closed due to short staff” What’s the difference between making coffee in the drive thru vs in the lobby besides turning away business? You don’t want my business because you’ll be “too busy”? Fine I’ll take it elsewhere.
I came around evening time and staff was super friendly! Everything was consistent and staff seem like they genuinely care and work to give the best experience.
I ordered two large caramel frappuccinos this morning. They didn't have a drop of coffee in them. They didn't answer the phone when I tried calling them.
