I came here in 2010 and 2011 when these guys first opened, and they were the bomb dot com.... 4 years later, and things have changed. I got the Texas style (cause their brisket is still amazing), and there were so many onions, that's all I tasted. The hot dog was luke warm at best, and lacked that signature "snap" of the casing that I remember them having. It seems as though the employees are simply running through the motions. I wish that my return to the ville, and beans and franks had brought me back to my time at TSU....... read more
