I know it’s an unspoken rule to never get food from beans because it’s always awful and takes forever, but this is a new location so I wanted to give it a try and ordered a burrito. They didn’t put it in a wrapper just straight into the bag and it stuck to the side. When I took it out the burrito ripped in half… it was cold in the center yet somehow the tortilla was so hard it was inedible. I ended up throwing it away and I am pissed they took my $6. I blame myself though I knew better.
Great location. I don’t typically leave reviews but this staff welcomed me, asked how my day was, and had my order ready before I even finished paying. The man in camo pants who took my order was very friendly and sparked up conversation while he took my order and made me feel like a friend. It’s a 60/40 chance they’re going to forget your modifications. This is the location I live closest to right now and it more often than not disappoints with missed items, missed modifications, and missed smiles. In the photo you will see my glass half empty situation. Plenty of room for whipped cream, but none to fill the void.
I've been to this location multiple times over the past month and the service is AWFUL. No one ever says hello to you and it is ALWAYS dirty. The same syrup spill has been sitting on their napkin dispenser for the past 2 weeks, there's dust all over the picture frames, and the bathrooms are DISGUSTING.
