We don't have any trendy themes with bright colors, and we're not a cold monotone sterile dental office. Instead, we chose to create our space to look like a cozy, comfortable house. Today was my daughter first dentist visit. It was so much better then I thought it was going to be. The staff made her feel so welcome and comfortable. At first she was not having it she started to cry and I begin to become worried. But then the staff did not pressure her to do nothing they let her play with toys and turned on a movie left us in the room just so she could calm down. We're so glad our pediatrician referred us to Bean Tree! What a great experience our 3 year old Jaelinn had. She recently had two teeth pulled, two fillings and eight crowns. Almost one week later one of her crowns came off, she wasn't afraid to go back to have it fixed! Dr. Mason is the best. The office is so laid back and the staff is awesome! The whole staff at Bean Tree is amazing! Dr. Mason is so calm and cool you can't help but feel relaxed even in a stressful situation. :)
We LOVE Dr. Mason and her staff!! They are wonderful with small children and make them feel comfortable during visits. I also love that parents are welcomed to the back area during cleanings.
My children had their first visit with Dr. Mason today. Leading up to the appointment they all had some anxiety, but none more so than my five year old son. He had a very bad experience with our previous dentist, and was extremely apprehensive about the whole thing. As soon as we stepped foot in the waiting room I could sense his mood change.
