Don’t buy anything used from them. They sell you a vehicle with a bad trans and then just put a torque converter in it rather than replace a faulty trans. I took the vehicle to another Beaman dealership (Antioch location) where a serviceman sent me a video clearly stating it needed a new transmission. After diagnosed, the Murfreesboro location picked it up and brought it back to their dealership and replaced the torque converter rather than replacing the transmission. This is what they are selling people..this is 2 weeks of owning the car..do not look at Google for reviews..go to dealer Rater..the "real reviews are there" they can erase or report what they don't like on Google only saving the good reviews...
UPDATE: 1/21/25 I am now having to drive our vehicles to the Tullahoma dealer to get the safety recalls done. I spoke with Chryslers recall hotline and they did confirm to me that these are simple software upgrades, Beaman continues to say they do not have the fix for them. Chrysler is actually opening an investigation into this for me as they are mandatory safety recalls. Why, is the dealer I purchased 3 vehicles from in 1 year, making me drive an hour each way to fix them? I will NEVER, GIVE THIS PLACE ANOTHER DOLLAR. I ca... read more
