Before I begin this review, I would like to express my gratitude to Mike and Chris for their exceptional service to my wife and me. Approximately two weeks ago, I purchased a pre-owned Jeep Wagoneer. Don’t buy anything used from them. They sell you a vehicle with a bad trans and then just put a torque converter in it rather than replace a faulty trans. I took the vehicle to another Beaman dealership (Antioch location) where a serviceman sent me a video clearly stating it needed a new transmission. After diagnosed, the Murfreesboro location picked it up and brought it back to their dealership and replaced the torque converter rather than replacing the transmission. This is what they are selling people..this is 2 weeks of owning the car..do not look at Google for reviews..go to dealer Rater..the "real reviews are there" they can erase or report what they don't like on Google only saving the good reviews...
