I usually HATE going into car dealerships. Chris Cooley and the finance manager didn’t give me some big run around. I was in and out in about two hours! This was the easiest, quickest and most seamless car buying experience we have ever had. Professional, courteous and efficient. If we ever buy from a dealership again it’ll be this one! Highly recommend.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! After completing a trade I was told they would need a day to complete the inspection on my new vehicle (not a big deal). I agreed and came back next day. Pick up went fine. The next day I was called saying they forgot to put the mats back in the vehicle after detailing. Again this wasn't a big deal and I made the drive back to get them. Highly Recommend I recently bought a 2021 Dodge Durango from Beaman Dodge, and I couldn’t be happier! Great experience, affordable, listened to my needs, helped and guided me through the entire process. Even though I was located in the far eastern side of Tennessee. Ask for Samantha Woolfork you won't be disappointed.
