Made my appointment online and was greeted as soon as I pulled in The service advisor was great and love receiving the video from the service tech
I drove a hefty drive out to look at a vehicle that I made an appointment for and still is currently listed on their website just to walk in and get told it sold. The gentleman did fill my gas tank up which was very sweet but still was very disappointing to have an experience like that.

During my first month of ownership, the vehicle spent more time in the shop than with me. I was repeatedly given different repair dates and told the transmission was being replaced/fixed, but the problems were never actually resolved.
