Mitch Dean was the man! We recently bought a home in Idaho and could not have been happier working with Mitch. He stayed in constant communication with us through the entire process. Gina Johnson was absolutely amazing! She made the loan process so easy, Fun and exciting. She was always super quick to answer all of our questions no matter how small or crazy!! She was also very good at bringing us back to reality of what we can and want to afford without crushing our dreams! (My Favorite thing about her!) I would highly recommend her and Beam Lending when financing a home they are all so great to work with and really care about finding the best rates and doing what is best for their clients!

My husband and I wanted to refinance our house and it went smoother than ever. We had our initial meeting and 4 weeks later we closed on the loan. We will definitely be back for any future mortgage needs. Shawn Swapp was who we went through and he was always available to us even when we would text him late at night with questions, he was very prompt to get back with us and he was great about keeping us in the loop about how the process was going and what to expect. I would definitely recommend him!
