Gina Johnson at Beam Lending is fantastic. We have used her twice, once for a refi and once for a purchase. She is always on top of things! I am very particular about wanting things done correctly. Gina Johnson is the Best! Honestly, when my real estate agents did NOT have our best interest at heart... I'd call Gina and talk it out with her, options, possibilities, norms of buying a house, expectations for the process. We closed on our house in 3 weeks. She walked me through a ton of scenarios with different loans. I don't usually recommend people unless they are EXCEPTIONAL. I would recommend Gina to anyone.
Gina Johnson went above and beyond and made this a very pleasant experience. I just can’t say enough of how great Gina is :)
