Terrible. Had taken my car for body work and if they could, an inspection. They had the car for 2 days…..a Monday and a Tuesday. I was called the afternoon of Tuesday to let me know what was needed for the inspection. I asked if the body work had been done and was told no. When I picked the car up was told by the owner’s daughter that there was a lack of communication. I moved over this way a few years ago, I had a few crap mechanics work on my car and then I took my vehicle to Beams and I refuse to go anywhere else. They are honest and affordable. They also fix any issues with your vehicle the FIRST time. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else now! Thanks so much !!
I took my car to Beam after it wouldn't start following poor work from another mechanic who was working on my air conditioning system. Beam got my car running again for a fair price and then a week or so later I brought it back in and they fixed the original underlying issue with my air conditioning. It's a terrible feeling when something as expensive and critical as your car is not working and you do not know who you can trust to fix it without taking advantage of you.
