Our Food is as authentic as the view because we only use lobster that comes off our pier. Our beef is Maine-raised, and our vegetables are locally grown. On top of the classic Maine lobster dinner and rolls, we will update our menu throughout the season with special dishes - including plenty of gluten-free options.

RecommendedEveryone at Beal's is friendly and super accommodating!! Dedicated gluten free fryer makes sweet potato wedges and french fries and option for those avoiding gluten. GF cornbread and lobstah rolls too! The food is fantastic and the people are great. Don't walk, RUN to Beal's. You won't be disappointed!
Great food on a working pier!
Great and fun place. Everyone I talked to said it was the best. No frills, honest food. Something in my lob cob salad ran right through me though, to put it politely, so I probably wouldn't order it again.
I’ve been to almost every lobster pound within a 35 mile radius of Bar Harbour, and Beal’s is easily in the top two, if not number one! I hate the lines, but worth the wait.

Great, yummy lobster and fair prices. But while waiting in the long line to order we got a bottle of Kendall Jackson. Price said $25 for the bottle, but the young man (son of the owner) said it was $35. Would not honor the price on the board. Come back 2 days later and price is still marked wrong. So not cool. Buyer be ware!
Great service, fast food prep and delivery, perfect setting to eat "Lobster in the Rough" outside or under a canopy overlooking the working harbor. Craft Beer, full bar, and lots of alternate choices to Lobster on the menu. Best lobster around in our book!
