Rediculous prices for made in China product. Frames broke first week. Charged \$20.00 to replace even with a 1yr. warranty.
i like the selection of frames, the staff is friendly and patient even though they were busy that day. My only problem is that I have waited for 3 weeks for my frames to come back from the lab. I dont understand what is taking so long.
They have a lot of frames, but they are way over priced. also the lens prices are kinda much too, they quotes me over 400 dollars for my prescription. I went to another place and it was nearly half the price. the staff is also a little stiff, if their job was to sell glasses the day i came..... lets just say they werent in the MOOD.
I think Steve Beall if amazing. He is the only person that has successfully fitted me with contacts. Prices and amazing and he is fun.
The doctor is friendly and so is the staff. Great help with all my optical needs!
