I had my eye examination done there yesterday and they were fantastic!
I used Wilson Eye Center years ago. I strayed away for a few years looking for that better deal. You get what you pay for. Disappointed, I returned to Wilson. Upon my return, I was surprised to see the Dr. Wilson. He really listened to my needs. Then he retired. :(. The next one in line is never as good as the first. That said, I knew he had handpicked his replacement. I have never been happier with a new doctor than I am right now. I’m a longtime patient of WEC. They are all very helpful and friendly. Chrystal was very helpful in making sure everything was wiped down and really expedited my appointment to make the best use of my time. Dr. Harris is always friendly and answers all of my questions. The team is quick with service I was seen and didn’t have to wait long. The medical assistant Alicia is very nice and understanding. She took her time with me and was quick and polite to all my questions she even gave me some good tips on anti fog that they have in there office. The optical assistant Sheka was very polite and was right on point with the style of glasses I wanted she even gave some tips for me on my glasses for how thick or thin they would be or glares with the glasses I choose or get. I've gone to WEC for many years, but have never been happy with the glasses I've gotten. There are thousands to choose from, which can be great, but also overwhelming. This year was different! With the new "concierge" service, I told Sherry what my difficulties in finding glasses have been in the past and she picked out frames for me that look great on my face! I love my new glasses!
