Nice apartment but really POOR management. We’ve been here since Selected Company owned it and every single maintenance was awesome under them, especially the snow removal . Campbell Property taken over and things went down hill. They didn’t do any snow removal at all after few days already. Seeing some vehicles’ve been stuck at the driveway as the snow too high. OK apartments—horrible managers! We moved in when Select Propertys owned it. In late 2020 Campbell bought it and things went downhill from there. They refused to perform simple maintenance such as replacing bulbs in ceiling fixtures. Dogs ran around off leash and cars blocked fire lanes. Rent checks went missing with late fees swiftly applied.
