I have been using Beal Bank for CD's for the past few years and not only do they have great rates, but their customer service is phenomenal. I have dealt with a few different people with Beal Bank over the past few years and everyone has been great but more recently (and the reason for this review) is because Cynthia Adamson from the Denver branch has been GREAT in assisting me with a recent withdrawal and money transfer.
