I can't recommend Dr. Butler enough. She genuinely cares about her patients and will go to bat for you. She literally saved my life.
They don’t answer the phone or return voicemails. I have called during my entire lunch break today trying to get seen and they haven’t answered in the 35 times I’ve tried.
They never answer the phone. They never call back. I have left four voicemails and yet have yet to receive a call back. I needed to get a referral to the pharmacist for me to get my prescriptions refilled and I’ve been going two weeks without my prescriptions now and I can’t seem to get them to answer the phone When you do finally get a hold of somebody and can set up an appointment.
