They never answer the phone. They never call back. I have left four voicemails and yet have yet to receive a call back. I needed to get a referral to the pharmacist for me to get my prescriptions refilled and I’ve been going two weeks without my prescriptions now and I can’t seem to get them to answer the phone When you do finally get a hold of somebody and can set up an appointment. I love this place! Everyone is so kind and encouraging. They work quickly, too, when you need help with something and are very flexible when it comes to appointments. They are the best doctors office I've been to! Derrick is my favorite person there. He's incredibly nice and funny. He makes you feel like you belong. Thank you Beair Medical Group!
