NOT happy with my ordered today. I’m giving them 2 stars because I feel, ON AVERAGE, they are fair priced and delivery as expected. Today’s arrangement however is 1/5 stars for the quality. I ordered the “My Love Grows”, which indicates several roses, some BLOOMED lilies and most distinctive was a vine heart. Not only was there only 2 roses, there was only 1 bloomed Lilly, which was also not the type as advertise, the rest were just buds. I ordered a bouquet of flowers last month, I went to go pick them up and they were closed. Yet their business hours said 9-5. I called MULTIPLE TIMES. No answer. Since I didn’t receive them, I figured my card wouldn’t have been charged, and boy was I wrong. I decided to look through my bank statement today and they took ever little bit. I received zero flowers. So anybody who is shopping around for flowers, AVOID this shop. Oh! Might I add, their number is disconnected.
I ordered flowers for my wife recovering from surgery. Never delivered. 2 emails to them with no response. Took my 85 dollars though & a chance to cheer up my bride.
Do not order from this shop! It is closed, does not take phone calls and does not process orders as I learned when I tried to pick up my order on Aug 17. It deserves no stars.
I ordered flowers on 8/7/21 to be delivered on 8/8/21. My cc was charged but no flowers delivered. I have tried to contact them and no answer.
