Everyone in this office goes above and beyond their normal duties. I recently had knee surgery and all of the staff were so accomodating and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. Dr Ralph Beadle and his staff are excellent. They have provided top notch service for my family. The staff treat me as though I'm part of their family. I couldn't ask for better service anywhere else.
Cheryl was outstanding. She explained every step of my visit. Dr.Shett was bery welcoming. The financial person explained my options well and was very helpful. I also love that the staff made my children feel welcome in the waiting area.
My insurance has changed and I was unaware that I had to pay my cost upfront and then be reimbursed. That was something new that I had never encountered. Fortunately I was able to pay the $390 payment, but I was expecting to pay a copay or deductible. I am curious as to if that is something that is just done with my insurance company or the office policy.
Everybody at the office is friendly and caring. I have refereed several people over the years to your dental office, and have heard of a bad experience.
