The owner of this place is not accomodating in the least. I bought a rather expensive umbrella on July 6, 2024 on my Visa as it was raining heavily outside. I already have 3 umbrellas at home but did not want to be caught outside and get wet. By the time I got to the other end of the mall the freak downpour had stopped. I went to my appointment that was booked with a doctor and before going home, I went back to the Bead Dazzled store at 2 Bloor Street West to return the unused umbrella still unopened in the original box.
