Hiawassee and Amber were super helpful and accommodating when it came to renting out an apartment! They were super patient and carefully explained the necessary information.
It’s not horrible to live here. I go to Augusta University so being able to walk to school is very nice but they do very irritating things. For one they disabled the pay through e- check payment method now you have to pay with your debit card and it charges you a fee on top of the rent, you’re already paying, second the gates are always broken, third the pool is always closed often times if they fix the gate something else is gonna break around there for example you won’t be able to get into the lobby where the gym is becaus... read more
I wanted to write a completely fair review as a former resident of two years for people considering this apartment, not a vindictive negative one or unrealistically overly positive. Just honest and informative. I'd call this apartment very middle of the road - it's not bad, but it's got some problems you should be aware of before moving in. The Good: -Maintenance is very responsive and does a good job. If they can fix it, they're usually on top of it within a day of submitting the request.
