I would highly recommend Beacon Services for both building maintenance and repairs such as painting and carpentry. The most recent project, which I completed for them, was a historic building on Beacon Hill in Boston. It was both substantial and challenging. Beacon Services has been fantastic to work with! They not only handle building maintenance and repairs efficiently but also excel in the logistics of property management. Juquoyah (Coco) is the absolute best! She's incredibly kind, personable, and always goes above and beyond to help. Every time I've needed assistance, she has been not only helpful but also genuinely friendly. It's rare to encounter someone who makes you feel so comfortable and valued. I truly appreciate her positive energy and excellent customer service. I can confidently say she is an exceptional asset to the 1280 West Team!
Extremely terrible performance and incompetent staff. Joe, the VP there, repeatedly leaves condo owners off of critical, special assessment-related emails, and even after being gently but assertively reprimanded, doesn't apologize and also doesn't change his behavior. And after we sold our unit at the end of 2024, Beacon has continued to try and bill us. They cost a ton and do pretty much nothing. I cannot recommend this business.
