Dependable! And great work for a fair price I highly recommend
They told us they would be here Thursday at noon to protect our windows with plywood. They called Wednesday night to confirm our appointment. They didn't show up, so we started calling at 1pm, left a message, called back several times. We never heard anything nor got a call saying they couldn't come. I understand there was a hurricane coming and maybe you got backed up (I still don't know, I haven't heard from them at all), but you can't accept a job like this if you don't intend to follow through!

Mr. Jessee, We apologize that we were unable to install your shutters, we were forced by the DOT to get off of the roads when the winds picked up. That along with our employee's safety resulted in a few customers not being completed. Dealing with storms is very uncertain which is the reason why we never accept payment up front.
