Not typical for me to leave a bad review but I think it's only right to inform others. Do your research, never feel the pressure of making decisions and get a 2nd opinion. We had a small house fire in our attic which also got soot all over the house. They came recommended and was out in no time. We recently had a water loss inspection and were extremely impressed with the level of service we received. From the very first call, Nancy was kind, empathetic, and took the time to listen to our concerns during a stressful situation. I couldn’t recommend Geo and his team more! While we’re still in the early stages of our mitigation and reconstruction, everyone we met has been extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the entire process. They were here within an hour of the incident and began working right away. Will update when project is complete.

Very happy with service. They came out quickly and put fans to dry out the leak under the skylight. Everything was done in an excellent manner. Workers are so friendly, personable and explained everything to me. Now. Just waiting for restoration and I'm sure it will go the same way. We had been dealing with an ongoing leak in our ceiling for a while and couldn’t seem to get it resolved—until we called Santana with Beacon Restoration. Santana came out, assessed the situation, and quickly sent his crew to identify exactly where the problem was coming from. They were thorough, professional, and got the repair done right.
