We live in Steamboat Springs and needed a new roof (replacing the original). We got referred to Andy Smalls and the Beacon team by some friends. What a joy it was to work with them. I had a roof installed in 2013 that was failing. Beacon was recommended to me by my insurance company as a well respected local contractor, along with a few others. Beacon, and Ryan, were the only contractor that would work with me on a warranty claim. Ryan inspected the roof and assisted me every step of the way in making the claim. We recently sold our house in Highlands Ranch. It was in the neighborhood where the tornado came through a couple years ago. Needless to say we were concerned about the roof’s condition prior to listing. We had Ryan come out for a full inspection.
