I rented with Steve for a year while finishing up college and I had a great experience. He was always responsive and quick to fix things if any issues arose, and if you really needed to get in touch with him he was usually in his office. I also saw other reviews that mentioned the apartments being "too small" or "dorm like", and while those things could be said about some units in the building (mine especially), there's a reason why you should always tour an apartment before every signing a lease so you can see these things ... read more

The apartment buildings are top rate! This is a very professional, courteous and efficient office. Steve is on top of everything. Highly recommend.
