I am only leaving one star because that is a requirement. Wilma Clay was the worst property manager I have ever had to deal with. From beginning to end. Her communication was poor. I would contact her during the day and get a response from her in the middle of the night. She sent the lease for my husband and I to sign at 2am and once signed she informed us that the move in date was actually a month later that what was previously communicated. Terrible. If you're renting or buying a house, Wilma is hands down the best person to work with in this industry. I don't think I have met anyone that works harder for her clients and her work ethic is unmatched. She has a heart of gold and really understands and cares for her clients as if you have been friends for years. I won't ever recommend anyone else in this category ever!
Wilma Clay has been consistantly unprofessional throughout the time I've rented from her. Going through my draws without permission, stalking my fiance on facebook, and trying to explain to me that 87°f inside the house is normal because it's hot outside when I asked to have someone check out the AC that wasn't working. Steer clear of her at all cost.
Wilma is one of the greatest agents I have ever had the pleasure renting from. I have been a tenant of hers for two years now and her heart is bigger than her business. I will buy my first house with her if possible. Thank you so much for everything you have done for our family.
