Very good management company. They seem to really care about the tenants and vets
We hired Beacon to manage a rental house of ours. We live out of state, so we were nervous about the whole process. We worked with Kerri who is wonderful to work with, and got our home up and running quickly, as well as rented! She has really put our minds at ease and made it easy to be out of state owners. Also, I like that Beacon takes pride in the homes they manage, which is not just great for the owners, but great for the renters as well. We couldn't be happier.
