We hired BPM as property manager to Since 2025, and BPM has managed our Colorado rental with competence and high professionalism. I have been working with Beacon property management for over 20 years starting with Laura and now working with her amazing daughter Kerri. They are always on top of any issues. If they don’t know the answers they don’t tell you they do they look into them. When they say they’re going to call you, they do and I find them to be a neutral party providing an amazing service between Landlord and Tenant.
We reached out to Jena Aguinaldo at the referral of a tenant that had worked with her in the past, and we were so glad that we chose her the leasing agent for a property we own. She was extremely professional, great communicating throughout the process, and went above and beyond to get the unit rented and new tenants happily into the condo. Highly recommend working with Jena and Beacon!
