Bogus security deposit scam illegitimate charges. DO NOT RENT FROM BEACON. SCAM company. They just want your money. Thought things were good with them when we moved out but scam charges. Also we got walked all over by them when they were trying to sell the house. Tours were supposed to be once a week but they let the real estate agent give tours almost daily. Also the real estate age entered our house with no notice one day and gave a tour. Do not rent from beacon.
