Bogus security deposit scam illegitimate charges. DO NOT RENT FROM BEACON. SCAM company. They just want your money. Thought things were good with them when we moved out but scam charges. Also we got walked all over by them when they were trying to sell the house. Tours were supposed to be once a week but they let the real estate agent give tours almost daily. Also the real estate age entered our house with no notice one day and gave a tour. Do not rent from beacon.
Not sure who these people are it was spam or I thought it was originally actually original. I thought it was a dream but no. Because I rented my second long-term beautiful Zillow rental and things are going just awesome and all of a sudden beacon calls me and says hey can you pay me you want an ID on my website no and no who are you? Kinda got off to a rocky start with the manager. She always thought i had nafarious reasons for not having some of the handy men do things. But afyer a few back and forths its alot better now and i really do not have any complaints.
