Beacon has been one of the best property management company. They get back to you when you call them. Everyone is so nice!!
Recently, one of my tenants left my place in poor condition that I had to go through major replacements of appliances and carpets. Beacon property, specifically Kerri, not only worked with me to find the local vendors ( i am residing out of state) but also sent an email to the previous tenant and recovered the damages cost. I have been using Beacon Property Management for last 10 years and continue to do so.
