I have been using Beacon for almost a year now and they have bent over backwards to help me on multiple occasions. I have read the negative reviews, and simply cannot imagine Beacon giving horrible customer service. I have used other Property Management companies in the Denver area and had a HORRIBLE experience. Not so with Beacon... they have answered all my questions, placed an excellent tenant in my home, and are very timely in sending out funds. Please do yourself a favor and reduce lots of headaches and attorneys fees! do your homework. They have an awefull reputation in all of Denver and Boulder. Boulder they have rotten reputation as losers by the Real Estate community. YOU WERE WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
