Our kitchen sink clogging was not a new problem. Over the years, I had tried everything, snakes, boiling water, pressure, but to no avail. Amazing service for my electrical emergency. I had smoke coming out of my outlet, and then a bank of lights and outlets went out. Luis C showed up quickly, found the problem, and fixed it for less than I thought it would cost. He was also very friendly and even had a good sense of humor as a bonus. I will be calling Beacon first for any future electrical and plumbing needs!
Kyle and Brian were simply the best. We had an issue in our crawl space and were at the mercy of what they saw. They could have told us anything but rather they were true professionals and showed integrity letting us know that everything looked just fine and the issue self-resolved. Truly the best.
