We have lived in Beacon Place a year now. The office staff, especially Carissa and Jameson, are very helpful and friendly. The actual apartments are definitely not worth the $1,400 a month. They were built as cheaply as possible and it looks like they were thrown together hastily. Cheap appliances that weren’t installed properly, you can feel the staples in the poorly made cuts of carpet used in the bedrooms, the fake wood floors bubble up, the washer/dryer combo is in one of the bathrooms and it’s horrible etc. I could go o... read more

Love the serenity, quiet, close to grocery stores, gas, huge patios, no wasted speace anywhere. We lived in a luxury community in Birmingham but moved here for work and this beats it by far.
