Does not respond to referrals, phone calls or new patient inquiries. Six months of no response. No business should practice like this especially when their clients are children. It's shameful.
My son has been in care at Beacon for the past 2 and half years. He made such incredible progress and improvements. The therapists truly care and assist the patients and their families in any way they can. If you are looking for an amazing support system and invaluable help with life on the spectrum, look no further.
My child and I have been attending beacon pediatric behavioral health services for just over two years now. Our care has been specifically handled by Dr. Brittany Cannon who has been a complete lifesaver to my family. My DD has Combination, ADHD/ADD In conjunction with an auditory to motor delay. When I tell you that not only my childs,but my life as well has done a complete 180* since starting regular therapy. We love beacon! Thank you so much Dr DeSantis for accepting my son even though it’s only for a couple of months! My son really loves going in there and he is always looking forward to see his RBT nisha. We saw some improvements on his behavior already even though it’s only been a few months. We are sad that we are leaving beacon next week due to military move but we will be forever thankful for all the help you did for our son.
My son and I love Beacon. They were able to fit us in the schedule very quickly (other ABA centers have us on their wait list for almost a year now and counting). The therapists there are ALL so great and seem to truly care about us and the kids. My son has become more regulated and thriving since starting here 6 months ago. They have very good communication with us and I highly recommend.
