The MRI staff here were amazing! Felecia and the young lady that ran the machine were so patient and helpful getting my husband comfortable enough to finish MRI. Thank you so much for taking extra care of him!

Had 2 office visits and one MRI for back pain but Dr Singla told there is nothing concerning only slight swelling. Was advised to take meloxicam if pain reoccurs. Asked for a refill which was denied stating that last visit didn’t happen recently. So basically they want me to spent 2 grand for scheduling office visits & getting those scans every time. This is the classic definition of fraud & abuse in insurance terms. Thanks but No thanks!!!!

The food was bland and the selections were minimal. The salmon was overcooked, the bucatini carbonara and lobster ravioli were very bland. The primo chopped salad, was really just a tossed salad. The table was not cleared between our appetizers and when they brought out our main dishes. That was done as they were placing our meals. They forgot my sister in laws meal, and had to go back for it. The chicken parmesan was the best meal. Overpriced for the quality of food and service.

I have tried getting in here to make my appointment calling the main number and yet have received a call back in a month. I was supposed to get nerve endings burnt but the hotline says they left them a message but here I am in pain still with no appointment or call back.

Surgeon is EXCELLENT! Medical team is FANTASTIC! Practice communication protocols are HORRIBLE. No one returns calls - even after post-surgery concerns. The process to actually speak to medical staff is very poorly done here. I thought it was just a rare circumstance but it’s every single time. Took 4 days to hear back from someone after an after hours call with the on-call physician after being told we would hear within 1 day and after leaving a message when we didn't hear anything. Worrisome.
