This is Carmen Saylor’s husband Ray Saylor. I brought my wife here to see Dr. Abraham for a “Jell Shot”, in her knee. When we came in I have never send such “Disrespectful team of receptionist..they were non-attentive of my wife’s presence, never said (hi, I will be with you in a minute, or can I help you etc. I sat and watched them ignore her for over 5 to 7 minutes without a word. Been trying for over 3 weeks to get my medical records from Beacon for a second opinion and they continue to withhold. The third party system they use claims to escalate my issue, but I still get nowhere. I don't understand how its difficult to retrieve a digital file and email it. The new facility I was hoping to see says this happens A LOT from beacon. Even though the initial treatment and PT was okay, I don't think I'd ever go back knowing how hard it is to leave. Seems legally questionable to me.

I came here back in December after hurting my knee while running, I saw Dr. Islam. I liked him at first, but after I went back to go over my MRI, I didn't even get to talk to the doctor. They barely even showed me the MRI results, told me nothing was wrong, and told me to do PT. I requested my MRI on December 23rd and they told me I would get it in a couple of weeks to a month. Do not use them, they have the poorest management you can imagine. Staff is rude and may be racist. Do your tests else where because good luck to get any results! There is no manager. The reviews replies are a joke! There is no one is doing anything for your condition until you come for a follow up and ANOTHER office visit with fee. It is all about the .
