The front desk girls are always so kind and helpful! If you’re looking for a place to get labs or blood work this is the place! I have EDS which makes it always hard for doctors to draw my blood due to my arm hyperextending-but here? NEVER! I’m out in 2 minutes flat with no pain!! 3 times and easy, fast, and painless! Absolutely amazing! Thank you!
Was supposed to see Dr.Lubitz. Had appointment scheduled and they told me he had a schedule change. I got rescheduled and told me I needed to change this appointment AGAIN because he didn’t want to wait 3 hours between 2 patients. So don’t waste your time seeing him. Or if you do maybe see him first thing in the morning and not wait until after work (like we were trying)
Been calling since 3 days no one will answer and will keep you on hold for hours. Very annoying and unprofessional customer service.
The doctor I saw today apparently love to hear himself talk because he sure didn't let me talk. I had a concern I tried to tell him he cut me off and told me what he thought it was but how could he know when he didn't let me finish talking. I do remember him kept saying I am a surgeon I am a surgeon I am a surgeon so from that I got to thinking he just wants to do surgery He really doesn't care what you have to say. Very disappointed and when I do have surgery it will not be him
